Standard Wrapped Floral Bouquet

I ordered a standard bouquet for my mother and was extremely disappointed by the arrangement I received. I understand the pictures online are examples of bouquets and that you cannot choose the arrangement, but I was highly disappointed in the intricacy and quality of my bouquet. Not only did my flowers look wilted, were small for the price, the bouquet looked like an arrangement you could find at an average grocery store. I do not think that the bouquet I received reflects the quality of bouquets that are shown online. There was little variety to my bouquet and consisted of a lot of plain green filler. I do have photographs as evidence. I would not purchase again which is unfortunate because I thought the staff was nice and delivery had no problems. Overall, I was very disappointed in the bouquet. It is strange because I cannot find an example online of another person receiving a bouquet that is quite as disappointing looking. I was really hoping for a bouquet that contained multiple different flowers and textures, but that is not what I received at all

I sent my sister a medium sized bouquet to her work for her birthday. Fernseed delivered it before the guaranteed time and she was thrilled with the quality of the flowers. She sent me a picture of the bouquet a week later and it was still stunning. She even said she wished it was her bouquet for her wedding! I can’t recommend Fernseed enough. Thank you!
