We do things a little differently from a typical wedding florist, which is why we're able to accommodate last-minute requests and offer no minimum order requirements.

No! You can order as few or as many wedding products as you need for your celebration.

We recommend ordering flowers at least 2 months in advance of your event to guarantee availability. We can often accommodate last-minute requests, especially for smaller orders, within 1-2 weeks of your event. Sometimes we've even made bouquets and small orders for next day pickup! We encourage you to call or visit our shop for last minute requests.

We recommend picking up your floral order the day before your event if possible, or picking up the morning of. We can often accommodate pickup times outside of our typical shop hours.

We do not. We offer a simple, à la carte menu with transparent pricing with the idea that you and your events team will take care of set-up and installation on your big day. We're a small team, so we just don't have the staff available for full-service on-site work.

We highly encourage you to pick up your wedding order from our shop either the day before your event or the morning of. We can offer delivery for wedding orders over $1,500, subject to driver availability. Our delivery fee starts at $200 and is limited to a 50-mile radius from our shop. An additional fee of $50 applies for timed delivery windows of 4 hours or less.

One of the ways we're able to keep costs low, offer no minimum order requirements, and accommodate last-minute requests is by offering a standard floral menu that we do not deviate from. By offering only what you see on our website, we're also certain that you'll get exactly what you want, with no surprises on your big day.

We offer 4 distinct color palettes for each wedding product, and our hope is that one of those palettes works for you! We don't take custom color requests outside of our 4 standard palettes.

Our flowers are sourced hyper locally, which means we work with what is in season at the time of your event. If your favorite flowers are in season, we can certainly make a note to incorporate something specific. We can also exclude anything you don't want to see in your order! Our team will provide you with a detailed list of care instructions when you pick up your order, but it's fairly simple: keep your flowers in a cool, dry place out of the sun before your event. Never leave them in a hot car. Always keep them hydrated.

We do not require you to review or sign a lengthy contract.

We offer a money-back guarantee that your floral order will be accurate and complete, ready at the time of pickup, and that if handled and cared for per our instructions, will last the duration of your event and beyond. A Fernseed team member is always available by phone the day of your event to answer questions or address your concerns.

Our DIY approach means you or someone you know should pick up your wedding flowers at our shop and plan to transport them to your venue by car. Most orders will fit in a small sedan or hatchback. We'll help you pack them to reduce jostling and water loss. Keep the car as cool as possible, plan to check water levels when you arrive at your event, and leave about an hour from the time you arrive for floral set up. Arbor arrangements take longer; plan 20-30 minutes for arbor installation.
