We offer a 14 day guarantee against pests, fungus or other disease on all plants sold at our shop. If you suspect your plant has a problem, get in touch right away by calling, emailing, using our contact form, or sending us an Instagram DM.
Otherwise all plants are final sale. We do not offer a return policy on plants for any other reason.
Returns on Merchandise
We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in like new condition within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. (If you paid with a credit card, we can usually look that up for you.)
Floral orders are final sale
Floral orders for delivery or pickup are considered final sale. We're sorry we cannot offer refunds for canceled floral orders.
Floral delivery issues
We strongly recommend double checking the delivery address and any special instructions, including unit or building numbers and gate codes, before placing a floral order for delivery. It's a good idea to include your recipient's phone number so drivers can call if experiencing delivery issues. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or second delivery attempts if our driver has delivered your order per the instructions provided, or if the driver cannot deliver to the address provided.
