Light: Bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can burn leaves. If light is too low, Pilea bronze will become leggy as it reaches for the sun.

This plant is easy to over water, the stems will become soggy the plant will fall apart if it sits in water too long. Ensure this plant has great drainage and to water once the top few inches have dried out.

Not to worry! With age Pilea plants naturally lose their lower leaves. Feel free to pinch them off if they bother you, otherwise you can allow them to drop on their own.
