The Euphorbia Horrida, also known as the African Milk Barrel is a South African native that can be treated and cared for like a succulent or cactus. The thorns can be sharper and will irritate the skin a bit if touched too forcefully but they won't stick to your skin or clothes if you bump into them. They're a safer alternative to curious kiddos and pets that can't help but want to touch.
