Dracaena fragrans (commonly known as the dracaena lemon lime) has vibrant, striped, ribbon-like leaves. Dracaenas are known for being some of the easiest to care for indoor houseplants which require very little attention. They grow from an individual stalk, eventually becoming tall, slender trees.
Slow growth and pale, translucent leaves are a indication that your dracaena has not been getting enough light.
Air purification
According to NASA's 1989 "Clean Air Study", dracaena plants are proven effective at naturally cleansing the air, removing toxins such as ammonia and formaldehyde.
Care: Care Difficulty: Easy
Light: medium, indirect sunlight. Never expose your dracaena to direct sunlight for longer than an hour.
Water: Allow the dracaena to dry out entirely between watering. Leaves turn brown on the edges if over-watered. It is better to under-water your plant than to over-water it.
Pet: Toxic to pets
Size: Size variants indicate the diameter of the nursery pot, not plant height.
Location: Most of our plants are sourced from Hawaii, Florida, California and British Columbia.
All plants are available for local pickup or delivery but are not available for nationwide shipping.
