The Cordatum Green (hederaceum) are a fun trailing plant, with their emerald green heart shaped leaves and vining beauty. This is a favorite in many homes. This epiphytic plant is native to Central America and the Caribbean and you can find it climbing up trees in the forest canopy.
This variety is tolerant to an array of light conditions, and has easy care. It needs a routine watering schedule depending on the lighting. Bright but indirect lighting is where this Cordatum thrives, it needs to dry out halfway through the pot in between waterings. If in a space with lower to medium light, allow the soil to dry out about 2 inches in between watering. Growth will be slower but it won't be upset with its home. The Cordatum Green is best for someone who is comfortable with routine watering. Making them the perfect gift for a plant lover ready to make the next step from a zz plant.
