CARE + MAINTENANCE
Light + temperature
Bright indirect light. Does not need direct sun but can benefit from morning light or southern exposure.
Temperature: 65 - 75°F
Keep soil damp but not overly moist. Mist occasionally.
Non-toxic to pets.
To prevent brown tips on the leaves, ensure your calathea is in a pot with good drainage, this will also help prevent root rot.
Why are my calathea leaves drying up and curling?
Too little water can cause calathea leaves to dry up quickly, ensure the plant is being misted or on a water schedule that leaves the plant mildly damp.
