Stunning Flowers & Vase (with delivery mishaps)

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my best friend’s birthday, and they looked stunning in the photos she shared with me! She was thrilled by the beauty and uniqueness of the arrangement, and also loved the sage-colored Kendall Vase that I purchased to pair it with. A lovely company and a lovely arrangement!

The reason my rating is not 5 stars is due to the delivery service. I ordered these to be delivered same-day (since I’m out of town and wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday). I received a call EOD that the delivery driver couldn’t find the exact house based on the provided address, and therefore didn’t deliver the flowers that day. We confirmed the provided address was accurate and I provided screenshots to clarify the location, and we agreed to delivery the next morning when my friend confirmed she’d be available (which unfortunately ruined the element of surprise). The flowers didn’t end up getting delivered until the late afternoon when she wasn’t home, and had to sit outside in the cold for several hours.

Thankfully, everything ended well and the flowers survived the cold. I would use The Fernseed’s services again, but would plan a day or two in advance rather than same-day delivery if I were to do it all again.
