RETURN POLICIES
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us.
Online Orders
We do not offer returns on plants, however depending on the issue, we can ship out a replacement.
We offer returns on merchandise (pots, etc.) within 30 days of purchase. Customers must pay their own return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also promptly replace any damaged or defective items.
Once we receive your returned item we will either exchange or refund the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 days from the date of return to see the original payment post back to your card.
Retail Purchases
Returns on products purchased at our retail location in Tacoma can be returned within 30 days. Purchases must be unused and in their original condition.
All plants are final sale, with the exception of plant exhibiting health problems, which can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on plants after 14 days for any reason.
Gift cards are not refundable.
