A few things that come up often. If you don't see your answer here, reach out—we're always happy to help.

Can you hold an item for me?

We're not able to hold plants unless they've been purchased online or by phone. Once your order is placed, we'll set it aside and keep it safe for you.

My order was canceled or refunded, but the item showed in stock. What happened?

We work hard to keep our online inventory accurate, but we're working with living things. Once in a while a plant doesn't make it, or simply isn't looking healthy enough for us to feel good about sending it out. When that happens, we'd rather refund your order than send a plant we're not proud of.

What's your return policy?

If you're ever unhappy with a purchase, reach out and we'll make it right. Plants are final sale—but if one arrives damaged or unhealthy, we'll gladly send a replacement (online orders) or exchange it within 14 days (retail purchases). Merchandise like pots can be returned within 30 days, unused and in its original condition.

Do you offer a repotting service?

Yes! Bring your plant in and we'll repot it for you. You'll find the full details and pricing on our repotting service page.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do—as an instant digital card or a physical card, both redeemable online and in shop.

Do you ship, or is everything local?

Many of our gifts and dried flower bouquets ship nationwide, while fresh flowers and plants are available for local delivery and pickup. Shipped orders go out within two business days, with tracking.
