This class features dahlias as the focal flower, sourced from Rain Drop Farms, a family-run specialty cut flower farm in Oregon's Willamette Valley, owned and operated by Erin McMullen and Aaron Gaskey since 1999. Their growing philosophy centers on working in step with natural cycles rather than against them — building soil health through thoughtful, natural fertilizers and amendments instead of relying on synthetic inputs.
