Meet your flower farmer
Every stem in this class comes from Starry Eyed Flowers, an urban micro-farm in Parkland, just up the hill from Pacific Lutheran University. Owner Liz Veillette is in her third growing season, with a lineup that runs from daffodils and tulips in early spring, through peonies and heirloom roses, into summer dahlias, and chrysanthemums in fall.
