    What subscription options do you offer?

    You can choose fresh flower bouquets delivered weekly or monthly, or a new houseplant delivered each month.

    Where do you deliver subscriptions?

    Subscriptions are available within our local delivery range only—they aren't available for shipping. Use our zip code checker to confirm we reach you.

    When will my subscription arrive?

    Monthly deliveries arrive on the same calendar date you select at checkout. Weekly deliveries will fall on the same day of the week. Need to shift a delivery date? Use the link in your confirmation email to adjust your delivery schedule, or you can email or call the shop and we'll adjust it for you.

    When am I charged?

    Your payment details are stored securely, and you're charged for each delivery on the schedule set at your first purchase—monthly, for example.

    Does my subscription renew automatically?

    No. Fernseed subscriptions don't auto-renew past the original duration you purchased, so you're never charged by surprise. To keep things going, simply renew when you're ready, or select “no expiration” when you start your subscription to keep it ongoing until you cancel.

    Can I change or cancel my subscription?

    Yes, anytime. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription—you can make changes or cancel from there, or call or email us and we'll take care of it on our end.

    Can I give a subscription as a gift?

    Subscriptions make great gifts! You've got space to include a gift note with your first order, and our first deliveries arrive with the subscription info included—meaning your recipient will know that your gift is ongoing and when to expect it each month—or make updates if they need to.
