Really friendly staff! I had a question and called before placing the order they were so prompt, kind and answered all my questions. The flowers were delivered seamlessly and just as pictured, gorgeous!
Couldn't tell if the person I spoke to on the phone before I placed my order was the same person who helped me check out when I arrived to pick up my bouquet, but everyone I spoke to at Fernseed was so, so sweet and helpful. My bouquet was for a last-minute elopement but absolutely STUNNING. I have never seen a wedding bouquet with bleeding hearts, but they put some in mine which I thought was such a sweet detail! Will definitely use them if I get married again in the future

The bouquet is just about the beautiful I've seen. However, I did call personally to make sure it could be delivered to my wife in her classroom by 3:00 p.m. before she leaves for the day and so her kids could see it. It was not delivered until after 4:00. Just a disappointment after getting a verbal guarantee but I understand things happen. Anyway, the flowers are awesome.
