I ordered a birthday bouquet for my friend, and didn't notice the delivery date would be the day after. Ada from Fernseed reached out when she noticed my note said "Happy Birthday Monday!" but they were scheduled to deliver Tuesday, and offered to push them through that day so she could get them on the right day. So above and beyond, and my friend said the bouquet was gorgeous!
When I first received the bouquet there were some issues around the amount of flowers provided. The owner later reached out to me with genuine interest in making the situation right.
The flowers I then received were high quality and well arranged. But I would change my rating just for the customer service provided.
