Hoya sweethearts are rooted leaf cuttings from a mother Hoya kerrii plant. They maintain their heart shape and if cared for correctly may develop into the full vining plant. The variegata reversa has leaf variegation in the reverse of the usual variegated variety, with interior yellow variegation and darker green edges.
