Did you know that the ubiquitous plastic pots your houseplants come in can not be recycled? Sad, but true. So we decided to reuse them instead of throwing them away.
Whenever we provide a potting service, we save the leftover plastic pot. Our staff rinses, dries, and organizes these pots, and we resell them for you to use at home! (We charge a nominal fee for the pots because this does take time and labor.)
These recycled grow pots can be used to start seedlings, transplant larger plants, or, our favorite trick - to nest inside cache pots (planters that don't have drainage holes). Pro tip, this is the ideal situation for hanging plants. The cache pot looks clean and lovely, your plant has proper drainage, and there's no water dripping all over your house!
Each grab bag contains five pots in the selected size. Colors are assorted, and precise measurements may vary. Two-inch pots may be round, square, or a mix of both shapes.
