Aglaonema Ruby Ray
Aglaonema, commonly known as the Ruby ray or Chinese Evergreen, is a beautiful low light-friendly house plant, perfect for coffee tables, desk tops, and anywhere you need a bright flash of color. It was included in NASA's Clean Air Study as a top air filtering plant.
CARE + MAINTENANCE
Light + temperature
Low to medium, indirect light. 70 - 85°F. Chill burn can occur below 60°F.
Allow soil to dry out slightly between watering. Mist occasionally.
Toxic to animals.
Aglaonema may seem like they want a lot of bright, filtered light, however, it's best to keep them in indirect light. We recommend rotating the plant throughout the year to promote even growth.
What do I do if my Ruby Ray shows brown tips?
Leaf tips can turn brown if the air is too dry. To prevent this water thoroughly, let drain, and then allow the soil to dry slightly before next watering.
